Angie Hoog, CPA
Senior Manager | UHY LLP
Since 2006, MOCPA and AICPA have partnered to honor outstanding women in the profession through the Women to Watch awards. This program highlights the accomplishments of women in the profession, and demonstrates to emerging female leaders that success is not out of reach.
Throughout her career, Angie Hoog has actively taken on leadership roles, championed the development of staff, given back to the profession, and served as a role model to other women.
Angie serves UHY’s Manufacturing, Construction, and Employee Benefit industry groups and is described as providing exceptional levels of client service. Angie’s potential was recognized early in her career when she was selected as a national staff trainer for UHY and is now often tapped as a key resource on technical topics. She was chosen to represent UHY-US at the UHY International Forum in Spain, which enabled her to broaden her views of international clients’ needs. She was also one of six UHY-U.S. employees selected to assist UHY Haines Norton Secondment in Sydney, Australia with its peak accounting season.
Through her leadership in UHY’s Women Invested in Success and Excellence program, Angie works to give other women a boost up the ladder of success in public accounting. She helps coordinate events to bring together local women leaders to foster development and mentoring relationships.
Angie also gives back to the community, including as board treasurer for The First Tee of Greater St. Louis, and by participating in numerous organized events, such as the ALS Walk, Eric Westacott Foundation fundraisers, Multiple Sclerosis Corporate Achievers campaign, St. Jude’s Half Marathon, and Bike MS.
