MOCPA’s Young Professionals presents: Managing Across Generations on Tuesday, January 14 from 10-11:40 a.m.
As a young professional, do you struggle to manage other generations? This event aims to create an engaging and educational environment where young CPA professionals can learn about diverse work styles and management strategies from speakers across different generations. Young managers will leave with the skills to effectively lead multi-generational teams, fostering collaboration and understanding in the workplace.
Our speakers will give some insight into their work life and will then sit down for a panel discussion on how to work cohesively with those outside your generation.

Jonathan Ahrens maintains focus on internal audit and risk services. He brings his industry knowledge and expertise to a diverse client base representing both large public and privately held organizations. He performs financial and operational internal audits, including process improvement projects for clients in various industries. His experience includes successfully executing the completion of numerous operational internal audit reviews including payroll, purchasing and cash controls. Furthermore, he has successfully executed SOX controls effectiveness testing within many different industries and the successful completion of QAE projects
