Charles Pierce, Consultant, Pierce Company, LLC
Chuck Pierce, CPA, CGMA
Chuck is currently the managing member of Pierce Company, LLC.
Pierce provides consulting services to private companies, not-for-profits and associations in the areas of government relations, financial management and reporting, and financing solutions. The company represents client interest before legislative and governmental bodies, and has successfully provided clients with innovative financing solutions combining tax credits, public financing and private loans to fund property development and business expansion in Missouri.
Chuck has 30 years of professional experience in the areas of finance and governmental relations in a variety of governmental and private sector activities. His governmental experience includes terms as the Deputy State Auditor for Missouri, and a city finance director. His private sector experience includes positions as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for companies in the construction materials and real estate development areas. He has developed and conducted training courses for governmental and private sector auditors and accountants and regularly makes presentations before governmental boards, commissions, and committees.
Chuck is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Missouri and also holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification with the American Institute of CPAs. He belongs to several professional organizations and has served as the Chairman of the Missouri Society of CPAs
