I support clients across many industries, including public sector, state and local government, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Leveraging my expertise to manage teams to successful project outcomes, I provide a steady hand with my clients. I also help support the firm's artificial intelligence initiatives as technology continues to evolve.

I received my B.A. in communication from Colorado State University and hold CSM and CSPO certifications.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, playing rec-league hockey, cycling, and running.

Abigail Hoeh

Abigail (Abby) Hoeh is the founder of Life Work Balance, LLC, an organization committed to guiding individuals and organizations towards achieving and supporting life work balance. She has over a decade of experience providing organizational development and consultation services to private and public sector entities.

Abby offers personalized coaching and consultation on self-awareness and growth topics such as emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, effective communication, and conflict resolution. She has a global impact through her YouTube channel, where she shares invaluable tips with over 60,000 subscribers worldwide.

Abby holds bachelor's degrees in psychology and integrative physiology from the University of Colorado, and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in career counseling from Regis University. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a certified practitioner of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) and Enneagram.

Taking life work balance to heart, Abby prioritizes time with her loved ones and furry companions. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of Colorado, hosting weekly game night, and solving the daily New York Times puzzles.
